Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SAS GTBG and any individual placing an order through the ohm.studio online store.

2. Products
Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding potential shipping costs.

4. Orders
By confirming an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payment

6. Delivery
Delivery area: InternationalEstimated delivery time: 6 weeks (depending on destination and product availability).
If delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order and request a refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of the product, without needing to provide justification.
Returned products must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except in the case of defective products).

8. Warranties
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

9. Liability
SAS GTBG shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the purchase of products.

10. Personal Data
Data collected is processed in compliance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Bordeaux, France.
